These foot controller cushions will work for the metal style Foot Controllers only. The metal foot controllers have a pin that the controller cushions press over, rather than a screw. () If you have the Bakelite Foot Controller with screws, then you will need foot controller cushions instead.
Do your controller cushions look like hard, brittle and slick? Or worse, do they look smashed, melted and flat - not to mention horridly nasty!?
Simply remove your old, worn-out cushions by cutting them off. If you try to pry them off you can risk pulling the pin out that they fit over. Then press the foot on over the exposed pin with the help of a screwdriver.
You will receive a complete set of FOUR (4) New Rubber Foot Controller Pads for the Foot Pedal Controller for your Singer Sewing Machine.
Coincidentally, these cushions will also work as bed cushions for machines like a Singer 401.
